Bartłomiej Brach

Bartłomiej Brach - As a Ph.D in management science I divide my time between research and consulting work. I study phenomena in the area of “People&Culture”: work meaningfulness, non-financial motivations for work and changes in organizational cultures. I have written two books, “Between meaningful and meaningless work” and “The organization is a story.” I advise companies willing to change their approach to people management. For example, improving the employee experience, naming values, or building an onboarding process. I am grateful that I can work with companies that shape Polish business, i.e. CD PROJEKT, x-kom, or ING.
